I finally got the opportunity to make fish custard last night! Only 6 months late :P. I'm now in a city with lots of custard and I got a rare night in the flat by myself, so I took advantage...video below!

I know it's really late but I only just got round to trying fish custard.
And I must say it was kind of.. NOT GOOD.
It wasn't awful but it just doesn't go together.
Which is pretty much what you would expect except I thought it might be quite nice.
